When did you discover Loverslab?

In November of 2011, I bought the Xbox version of Skyrim, and proceeded to get bored with it.

Some time after that, I stumbled across Skyrim Mods Weekly with MXR on Youtube. I instantly switched to the PC version.

After a while of making my game crash while using Nexus mods, I found a Youtube video highlighting "Th Most Offensive Playthrough..." that demonstrated Defeat.  So, on December 1, 2013, I signed up to download mods from Loverslab and continued to make my game crash.

It's been crashing ever since.

I don't know, I've been "modding" my Skyrim for six years. Before that Fallout new vegas, and before that Oblivion. This is not my first account here, because I've gone through several. At some point I'll probably have to use a proxy to get access here like I do on Nexus.

Your game shouldn't crash. Learn to use tes5 edit if you haven't already. It's essential to Skyrim modding. I have 200+ mods with hundreds of hours logged and my game does not crash.

A weekish ago? I wanted to search for a way to "bypass" EA's shop and be able to use all the shop stuff for The Sims 3. A few minutes later, I come across "KinkyWorld". I registered to download and I figured I was gonna bounce soon after, but while reading around the community while waiting for the download, I used my real email and not my decoy spam filled one and have checked up daily ever since. :)

I'm gonna be honest - I was playing an MMO with my s/o about 5 or 6 years ago and one of the guys we played (lets call him Kitzie) with a lot told us to look up this video.  It was titled something like "SKYRIM RAPE MOD!!"  So she rolled her eyes at me said something like "Of course Kizie finds the rape mod for skyirm." (we played side by side in the same room back then) but still we watched it.

The animations were so clunky back then it didn't look nasty it just looked funny.   Of course everybody in the voice chat with us was watching it and making jokes and we all died laughing.  So the plan was to make a funny sexy video using characters that looked like people we played the MMO with (like Kitzie's look a like getting raped by a bunch of fat guys or something) and upload it to the guild website. So when we weren't raiding or doing something else we'd mod skyrim.  Never finished the video though.

Anyway years later ...still here.

I guess I started lurking in 2013 .... should be around that time.

I have no idea which was my first installed mod from LL. But I am pretty sure it was the early Beeing Female discussion, that lured me to click on "create account". This was something I've never ever heard of in an RPG before.  :classic_blush:

Heh i must have discovered LoversLab at the same time as Nexus.

I played a bit of Oblivion and Skyrim through 2012, and then i don't really know why, i was looking for something not sexual for another game and stumbled in pics of sex that they said were from Oblivion. I looked at that and said "no sh*t?", and started to search for this mod called Lovers with PK. Not exactly because i wanted to ahve sex in game, but i was amazed by how different the character was.

Then i discovered Nexus and started modding. In the begining i tried a lot of things i discovered but i remember that i couldn't make Lovers with PK work. Since then i never really used sex mods for my gameplay lol

I'm here for a long time, but only now i became active. I may have a problem being active in forums. I really joined the site so late or was there a way to download mods without register?

After finishing vanilla skyrim in 2013 I entered in the steam mods comm, I read in one mod I was downloading that workshop is horrible for skyrim, and the same guy mentioned NEXUSMODS, after 1 year downloading mods from there, the adult mods for skyrim skyrocket, and again someone mentioned 'better' adult mods on another site, and that site was loverslab, now I'm here

I sort of answered this in another thread but the story is as follows. Firstly I could not play either Skyrim or Oblivion until sometime in 2012 when I finally built a decent PC. I had played through both on whatever iteration of the Xbox they were on (my sons stuff). Once I got my PC up and running I stormed through the main Skyrim quest and decided I needed some mods. Got a few weapon, texture, and follower mods from the Nexus, that held me for a bit. By mid 2013 I thought a few adult mods might be funny and searched for nude body replacers which brought me here. I lurked in the background for about a year and a half before I joined in 2015.

I was looking for Warlokk's bodyshape mods for TS2... I didn't find them, but damn if I didn't discover all sorts of interesting stuff for TS3 and TS4.

And, of course, I have now installed Skyrim again because... I mean, there are just so many mods. How can I not?

I did a Google search on "UNPB-BBP Outfits" and landed on B3lisario's excellent (now-defunct) UNPB-BBP Conversions thread here on LL. After downloading at least half of his wonderful conversions, I browsed around and discovered not only SexLab Framework but TDFPP, HeroedeLeyenda's Animated Pussy and - drum roll please - "Forbidden Fruit- The Incest Mod." Needless to say, my head exploded as I installed everything and posted my encouragement on the Forbidden Fruit vapormod page- I still want to cry when I think about how awesome that project seemed and how awful it was when it just evaporated without so much as a pre-alpha to sample...

Back in 2013 I heard rumors about a horrible, sleazy site that made full-blown porn mods for Skyrim. So naturally I sought it out.

Ended up taking a break from Skyrim shortly afterwards, but ended up coming back to it in 2017, at which point I became a more active presence here.

I found the website about two months ago? I honestly couldn't tell you why though. I seem to remember finding it by accident while I was looking for mods to replay Fallout: New Vegas.

I seem to remember thinking that the female models look horrendous, and I wanted to play a female. So likely I sought out just some kind of female skin/body mod and somehow ended up here.

And boy, it couldn't have come at a better time.

My girlfriend of 7 years (literally my entire adult life up to this point) broke up with me, and this place of sleazy and depraved content has been keeping me company and in higher spirits. I've been very thankful of everyone that has made mods on here for Fallout and Skyrim (and all the others game as well), as well as the helpful community for when I had dumb questions with simple answers.

It's certainly made Skyrim a completely new experience.

I can't remember anymore, I used be around a bit during Fallout 3, little bit of NV & Oblivion. Never liked Skyrim as much for some reason so I didn't even really mod it. I don't remember if I had an account at all here or only downloaded stuff without one. If I did then no clue what name it had.

I've basically just rediscovered LL.

Some FO4 modpages said "less functionality than sexlab for skyrim", I don't know about that really since I basically skipped Skyrim. But I'm extremely impressed by a lot of stuff. It's basically lightyears ahead of when I used to be here for FO3 stuff. I found it ironic because it feels like stuff we thought impossible back then exists right now for Fallout 4. I always wanted immersive and dynamic systems that integrated into the game mechanics and now it actually exists.

Known about LL but didn't sign away my soul until 2016'. I saw shinji72's dance vid with the HDT test skirt and I was sold. Been a modding enthusiast since the early days but back then I was all about eye candy. Before coming here If I spotted a single vanilla texture in the game I would ruthlessly track it down and replace it bordering on obsession.

After a awhile here my priorities have changed. I cared less about graphics (I have SE for that) and use my oldrim LL profile to kick the absolute crap out of papyrus. LL mods are great for stress testing. I'm suprised at how much punishment it can take.

Its been a learning experience. The web of inter-dependencies and complex mcm's keeps me sharp :)

So yeah thanks Shinji72
