Slavery through intimidation without DLC's?

Hi guys, 

 

I was wondering is there a mod that allows me (or any other way via e.g. console) for me to tie up enemy raider that I intimidated and make them a slave in my settlement - BUT, just for Fallout 4 without other DLC's? I don't have them, and I don't feel like buying them only to make those mods work.

 

Is there any other way for me to force an NPC to become a settler in my settlement? Ty in advance!

I am pretty sure Abduction does this and the author is constantly updating it for FO4 and Skyrim SE although I have not used it I have been planning to at some point with Vins Prostitution mod
