request - glossy/oiled body

Hi. Please know anyone any easiest way how to do glossy/oiled body than with nifskope ? part by part? Is little bit annoying oiled all body parts and all clothes parts.

I was looking around and I found just cbbe body but Im using 7B bombshell more bouncy.
