I want to modify some of the animations of "Realistic Animation Project- Movement" mod

 

When i use hkxcmd, 1. I turned .hkx into .kf (which gave me bunch of yellow errors):

When i import one of the animation on 3ds max, the animation has a lot of strange moves/scale seattings. 
 
What can i do to solve this?
