Creature animation plays but PC does not

I have just reinstalled my skyrim and mods, I was sure that the animations not playing were just issues with an old over crowded game, I have FNIS and the mods needed for the creatures but I cant get the PC to enter in to the animation though the creature does its animation. I have MNC 9.0 but Fnis is not showing it, I currently use NMM.

This warning only takes place when steam is not open.

Open Steam, close NMM, run Fnis, no more error.

Your xpms is also not the most recent. And fnis is also an outdated version.

The MNC is not displayed correctly is normal, this is not a mistake of the fnis.
