I found this one, but I've added it to my game and it doesn't seem to be the shiny version - see attached 2nd blonde screen-cap.

Edited to add :  I found a great re-texture of it by Wicked - see 1st blonde screen-cap below, but again, I don't think it's the shiny blend you want.

The first one I got since a while ago - but as you can see - the problem is:

 

 

so this one just looks well with not shiny colors

 

I try the "wicked Alesso" hope the mesh looks better. So thanks again!
