What is "Buns of Envy Decal"? Is that CC that I need to have in order to use these posters? Where can I find it? Sorry for my noob questions, but I am genuinely confused.

It's from the Get to Work dlc, I think

Oh, okay. I don't have that DLC, so maybe that's why it doesn't show up in my game. Thanks for the info!
