[WW] Error Message Consistently Appearing

T501

Recommended Posts

Hello, lurker here. I've been having this same issue over and over again; I've spent two to four hours going through each of my previously installed mods, searching for which ones needed updating, removing one at a time to see what is triggering the error message upon start-up of TS4, but the message appears no matter what.

Here linked is the lastException file: https://pastebin.com/j4j2JTQy

Hope whatever it is clears up.

My TS4 version is up-to-date according to Origin.

Upon start-up, an orange "common error" message from WW pops-up first, no matter which mod is installed or not.

Apologies for the similar post on the Downloads thread.

In addition, any WW interactions/animations involving two or more sims will cause them to bug out, reset to T-pose, and restart the animation before bugging into

the T-pose all over again, the only way to stop them in their bugged interaction is using the command "ww.stopsex."

From what I have and am trying, only Solo animations are fully functional for me.

EDIT: Which animations work and which don't are inconsistent for me; there are times I was able to get through a set of animations before the interaction stutters and glitches out.

Hey!

I don't know what mod is it, but there is an outdated mod you have. It uses ID 15614268044698463640.

The same applies to user 0marysue0 but with a mod of ID 17988757066201034586 and ExtremeViolence.

Is it safe to keep it in or should I remove it until there's an update? At the moment, the mod is as up-to-date as it can be unfortunately.

EDIT: WickedWhims DOES run as it should without problems, as does ExtremeViolence, but obviously I didn't create the mods so I honestly don't know for sure how safe it is to keep both.

EDITEDIT: Nevermind. Will remove it from the game regardless. Better safe than sorry.

I'm having the same problem since the newest WW update. As soon as I click on one of my sims a message comes up saying that I have a script error and that I have some outdated mods and it's one happening when my WW animations are installed.

How exactly do I view a mod's ID?

Otherwise the I do not know how to fix whatever outdated mod I apparently have.

If everything works then you can probably ignore it.

You need to convert the ID to hexadecimal and then open every single mod package with S4PE and look for that ID in one of them. Fun, isn't it?

Im Getting this error to and I have already tried everything short of completely removing the game and everything along with it and restarting the whole long process all over again (which I really don't want to have to do) I tried "save clean" and the ww.fix command

- I have also tried just removing the other mods

- I tried deleting the whole "Electronic Arts" folder in documents and replacing it with an old folder I copied from before I added any mods

- i tried just deleting the "Game Version" folder

nothing I try is working the error shows up every time I start the game up and all my "wicked" settings get reset and the green window that appears when you first install "wickedWhims"  shows up after the orange one every time as if its not recognizing that it has already been on there like that info is not being recorded somehow
