my old people and Afflicted are stuck in "T Pose"

Yes I ran GenerateFNISForUsers, and I am unsure what mod caused them to break. They speak and their faces animate perfectly normal, but they just don't move. I've had this bug ever since I reinstalled FNIS (new computer, reinstalled skyrim and everything) and started using Mod Organiser.

I got this bug with children too when I installed RSChildren, but reinstalling the mod fixed them, but reinstalling FNIS did not fix the old people or afflicted.

 

Please find my load order attached, I am sure I missed something when reinstalling my mods but I am new to using mod organiser, and it isn't throwing up any errors (neither is FNIS for that matter) so any help is appreciated.

If only certain groups of NPCs are in t-pose, then this has nothing to do with FNIS. FNIS works for all characters at the same time.

 

So maybe it is a race thing from some mod (old people are of specific races). Or you might want to run ReAnimate (mod at Nexus).

I'd guess that there is a mod that changes old people, see if you can fix it by changing install & load order. And since you use MO: the FNIS output ges into the overwrite folder, you can try if you get better results if you make a mod out of them and maybe change it's order as well.

I tried putting the overwrite stuff into its own mod already and it sadly didn't work, I will keep digging for a mod I have that has modified old people without my permission. Thanks though!
