help with JackGa pub

I am having an issue with some of the armors not showing up at all and not even in the vendor list from what is listed in the BSA file, like the shaona armor as well as the texture missing on the cop hat. All it shows when you have a female follower wear it is a purple blob shaped like a cops hat and its WAY bigger then the head. I can't even use the CK cause it crashes on me when i try to load it and i have enough ram and HD space np.

 

also can anyone tell me the difference between a BSA and a BSL file? i have NEVER heard of a BSL file.
