Since i'm at my wits end with this issue, i humbly turn to anyone who could help shed light on my predicament with HDT. I've been running HDT Bounce and Jiggle CBBE from the nexus for a while now, but the hdt vagina never seemed to function properly, opening only a little if even. In the last few days that stopped completely and now i can't get it to react to anything it should react to.

 

Working latest SKSE.

I have a working XP32 skeleton that isn't being overwritten.

Ran FNIS.

Inspected the female body that i'm using in nifskope, the HDT is attached properly.

Tried replacing the body with several prebuilt ones that come with mods like AIO.

Tried replacing all of my HDT files with a new install of HDT Bounce and Jiggle, AIO and Naturalistic HDT.

Inspected the schlong nifs in nifskope, the HDT is attached properly.

Tried replacing SOS schlongs with schlongs that come with above mentioned mods, tried 4 different addons all with enabled collisions.

Tried with and without Floppy SOS (including with and without disabling hdtm via it's function).

Am running the Havok Object.esp, tried with and without it equipped.

Tried with a new save.

 

All the other parts of HDT work fine for me, breasts bounce and collide with fingers, butts bounce, belly doesn't bounce but i don't have that activated since i couldn't get it to work without major distortions, HDT hair works if i try it on, HDT High Heels work as well, Floppy SoS works too.

 

I don't know what else to check and don't see a reason why it shouldn't work, what am i missing?

From my experience there are not that many HDT modders that have even the slightest clue on how to properly set up collisions.

You can't really blame them, since there is not exactly an abundance of guides on the topic and the ones that exist aren't detailed enough.

So for many xml setups the collision boxes are usually either directly on the bones and without any orientation that makes sense or they are placed all kinds of wrong.

 

Dunno if that applies to Bounce and Jiggles too though, I never used that mod.

It could be that problem again where HDT PE doesn't update collisions properly when actors strip for sex scenes.

In that case unequipping and reequipping the havok object or in case of the player character opening racemenu brings collisions back.

I had the same problem when I tested my xml setup on the Cosio body. But back then I figured that it has something to do with the fact that I switched from UNP to CBBE in the middle of the game. Because when I started a new game collisions again worked flawlessly for Cosio.

Which was really odd. Couldn't explain it back then and still can't.

By XP32 skeleton i meant exactly the one you linked.

Tried unequiping and reequiping havok object on NPCs and opening racemenu for my char, sadly didn't change anything.

Most probably isn't it since like i wrote in my first post, it doesn't work on a new game either.

 

Is your PC wearing an outfit with HDT physics or maybe HDT equipment?

Try it with all of that stuff off if you haven't already.

 

I tried out a cosniderable number of sexlab animations, most of them with both actors completely naked, in some cases i stripped both actors maually before hand, didn't change anything.

Mh, i had it working with bounce and jiggles for a while but switched to the All-in-one mod simply because i'm lazy and that one has a fomod installer... are you sure you have all files you need and in the correct order?

Any new mods added or updated? When it stopped, does that happen only in your current save or with a new game too? In my experience if something stops working, it's either a mod conflict or, more likely, a broken script. Not sure if HDT (parts) can break entirely, but if it works with a new game & same mods installed, at least you'll know it's not a conflict with another mod.

Like i wrote in the first post, it didn't work when i tried installing AIO, it didn't work with Bazinga's Naturalistic HDT and it doesn't work with a new save either, so even if my installation of Bounce and Jiggle was screwed up it shouldn't happen with those mods too. Tried to remove all the mods i added this year ( gotta love MO ) and reran FNIS, still no difference.

 

Something that i noticed when i was testing with my stock setup is that there was a little bit of reaction from one side of the vag to the tip of a schlong, but not much else, after penetration the schlong pretty much loses any collision it might have had. But once again it's hard for me to tell what issue that might be since i tried different install of collision enabled SOS addons from different mods which rules out a botched nif.

You didn't perchance reinstall the female body texture recently? Maybe there is no pussy on the new texture so even if HDT PE does its job you won't see much?

In that case either add the pussy to the texture with TexBlend or change to a texture that already includes it.

 

 

Another possible reason is that you are using a body mesh that doesn't have a 3d vagina. The mesh has to be weight painted for the pussy bones or this just won't work.

And there are not many bodies that have a 3d vagina. For UNP you'd have to go with UUNP Special, for CBBE it would be either Clams of Skyrim / Cosio (not CBBE HDT or something, that doesn't have a HDT pussy) or Tripleen... There might be others that I don't know about though.

If you use Clams of Skyrim together with my HDT mod (Naturalistic) then better delete the SKSE folder coming with Clams, you don't need it and there might be compatibility issues.

Are you sure there is nothing anywhere in your installation that might influence/overwrite it and everything is up-to-date? Tried to start a new game with requirements only?

Nope, textures are in order, everything looks how it should on the body (aswell as inside). As for the model itself, it's a bodyslide version of Clams of Skyrim, so i would assume its properly weight painted and has all the bits and bobs it needs. Not to mention that i did try using the bodies that came as default with the mods (AIO, Bounce and Jiggle...) with no difference.

 

I had this "collision doesn't do much and stops working" once with breasts and hands, i'm pretty sure it was a bad xml file i used. Are you sure there is nothing anywhere in your installation that might influence/overwrite it and everything is up-to-date? Tried to start a new game with requirements only?

 

I'll try to cobble together a barebones build once i have the time to do so and see what happens. The SKSE folder having some leftovers is possible, i'll give MO a look over, but i don't think i'll find anything...

This is weird. Maybe just try reinstalling HDT PE. Or SOS. Or the skeleton. Something seems to be broken.

 

What does you hdtphysicsextensions.log say btw? It might help if you post the content of that file (is under SKSE\Plugins ... probably in the overwrite folder).

Did you check if hdt was attached to fingers,head,schlong, and any other required parts? The one time I messed with this it would not work unless all the parts were setup, if one was missing or had a bad link it would fail.

I checked the relevant parts, that is body and schlong. I also tried using the full set that comes prepackaged with some of the aforementioned HDT mods, so i should be clear on this issue.

Welp. Did a barebones build trying to replace as much as possible with fresh installs and lo and behold, it works. Which means there's some fuckery hidden in one of my metric shitton of mods. Guess i have my work cut out for me for the next few nights...

FloppySOS deactivates any xml with the name hdtm.xml

There is no hdtm.xml in my mod if you select the FloppySOS compatible version in the FOMod installer.

So I guess you're using some other xml set atm? That's fine of course, but whatever it is that you're using, better deactivate the hdtm.xml from that mod. FloppySOS might deactivate it via script but maybe there are some unwanted side effects to that.

 

Or is there just a link to a nonexistant hdtm.xml in one of the body meshes you are using (meaning a NiStringExtraData entry)? If there is then you should delete that link too.

Running an excess of scripted mods without a havok memory patch which nothing from the nexus contains will cause PE to fail, every time without fail.

 

Being unable to hit 60 frames without a segregated memory block for havok will cause havok, and therefore PE or anything else partitioned with the havok heap to fail, and once it does and the state is saved, it will remain that way.

The log i posted is from my main build where i use Bounce and Jiggle CBBE  from the nexus, your mod isn't in use in this log.As for the hdtPhysicsExtensionsMaleBody.xml it's most probably a part of Bounce and Jiggle CBBE. As for the hdtm.xml, it was disabled by floppy sos which i disabled for the time being so it doesn't intefere with the troubleshooting so that shouldn't be an issue anymore.

Well if FloppySOS was already disabled when that log you posted was created then there definitely is an issue. Because the log tells you that HDT PE can't find the hdtm.xml

 

And that file usually contains the schlong collision data.

No no you misunderstand me, it was active when that log was made, i noticed it and disabled the mod afterwards, new logs don't have that warning in them anymore.

But reading what Hydro herself wrote here makes me doubt that a little. Sounds more like fixes to CTDs on loading savegames and a few extra logs and memory dumps.

Or is there more to it?

I think i just proved 27X's theory of a broken savegame wrong because i managed to load my main save with the barebones build and the collisions work including the vagina (Barebones build = only HDT, basic Sexlab, Bazinga's Naturalistic HDT, basic SOS, bodyslide COS body, XPMSE and FNIS).

 

 

 

Havok not working correctly and not working at all are two different things.

 

 

Ok, so if that is the issue i'm encountering, what would you say are my options, if there are any?

After some lengthy disabling and enabling of mods it came down to disabling The Amazing World of Bikini Armor.

I'm  not 100% sure yet, but the collisions work with this mod disabled and don't with it enabled.

 

EDIT: Tried downloading the older seperate mods and they don't cause this issue so i'll assume that the compilation is the culprit and

roll with that unless something screws up. Thanks everyone for their suggestions.

No way dude, bikini is part of my 250+ plugins build and I have no problems with pussy collisions. Are you using Mod Organizer? Cuz I can't give any recommendations other than a reinstall if you aren't. If you are then make sure Bazinga's mod is at the bottom(highest priority) second only to your generated patches and bodyslide files.

 

No pussy collisions only mean incorrect xml setup. You sure you ran bodyslide after Naturalistic's uunp files?
