I am looking for a mod that creates attacks versus settlements

according to the number of settlers and varied by level of the PC. I want to use it as a mini game to build up a defensible settlement then test it with a quickly generated attack force. I want to determine when the attacks happen in other words, call it a defense test mod. Anyone know of such a mod? I know there are several that increase settlement attacks but not what I am looking for....
