CAS Crash

I just downloaded WW for the first time along with some animations. For some reason, my game keeps crashing in CAS when i try to add a second person. Im so confused! Anyway someone can give me some info.

I have the exact same issue. I installed the very latest version of the game with all available content and thought I'd get all new w.w. and subsequent files to go with it so that everything was up to speed. Now I can't add a 2nd character OR use the randomization button without everything crashing and all data being lost. I've read all of the help topic with no answers. Can you please provide us with a more specific link to a way to fix it?
