I was curious, I cleaned my Update.esm the dawnguard.esm along with the dragonborn.esm and hearthfires.esm, but never once touched the Skyrim.esm but when using loot it apparently seems to be clean of stuff now. When you clean the other files does it automatically update the skyrim esm to a clean state? I used the Video posted by GamerPoets to clean my Master's but I am certain this was not explained.
