[SEARCH] [WHAT IS?] Earless head mesh?

Does anyone know where to find, or can point me in the general direction of an earless or flattened ear head mesh? I downloaded one years ago, but I have no clue as to there I got it from. I do remember the author saying that they were working on a male version too, but I never got that one. It works well when you make humanized beast races that either don't have external ears or have ears in alternate locations on the head.

With RaceMenu sculpting tools you can flatten the ears like shown on the first pic. Just use 'Smooth' tool with the near to maximum strength.

Unfortunately, unless I'm missing something obvious I'm not able to do this to every beast race npc in the game. I don't play as one of  the beast races, I just use them as cannon fodder and background filler. Plus in my game humanized Argonians have no ears, humanized Khajiit ears are still on the top of the head, and I've changed every Wood Elf into a beast race Satyr/Fawn type creature with horns, hooves, and tails.
