this is a yes and no. yes there is vore in the sims 4 but its not a mod. you can grow a cow plant which will eat sims if you starve it for meat over a certain time. you will need a very high gardening skill to be able to plant the cow plant seed and make sure it grows to full size. but no, no mods as of yet for vore.
