Help! lots of my NPC's don't have clothes.

Randomly, people's clothes are disappearing. Save and reload, Different people are clothed, different people are invisible. For some reason the elderly women are naked. They don't have armor in their inventories.

 

apparently follower Npc's won't have armor in their inventories, then when I tell them "you're naked" from UFO, they dress into their armor.

 

 

Any help would be appreciated. Here's my load order.

Is ASIS notoriously buggy or something?
Well it gave me some problems long time ago and changes a lot of stuff, idk if there bugs in current version

You might want to check npc in console, it might show mod who edited npc last
