How to install Prison Overhaul with MO?

Hey folks, I had a small question about the Prison Overhaul mod.
I've downloaded the original mod and the V033 patch but MO doesn't overwrite the files. Is there a way to do this or do I have to do it manually? 

I'm still fairly novice to modding so please excuse my newbyness

You don't need to overwrite them with MO. Install them all, activate them. Then on the left pane, put them in the priority order below. Main file first, then the fix, then the most recent patch. It will show a green + sign on the patch to let you know it's taking priority over the main file. Job done.
