I have no idea, but I'd say it's probably a port from TW3.
However you should ask that question to the author of that screenshot, either via message or comment. It's the most straightfoward way to know

On a personal matter, I don't really like asking for stuff like that. They usually either don't respond or if they do (in rare cases) tell me that it's private.

It was a conversion from the Witcher, but it's private.

They actually messaged ME (friended me too, but I digress), and they said they're working on it, and I think they did offer to give me the updated file when it's complete. (As far as I can remember... which isn't very long.)
