lastException Sims are freezing

I've recently wanted to start a new game, but a few minutes into the game (around when the welcome wagon stops by) all the sims freezes up and time keeps going. Right before the welcome wagon the warning about the last exception file pops up and the freezing starts. This makes the game unplayable, as they are just stuck forever. 

 

Also, I have been playing another save (my legacy) for some months now and this was not a problem at all. Everything was running smoothly until I started a new game. I haven't went back and tested my legacy save yet, to see if it is now having issues as while. Will check on that later.

The errors look like something caused by other mods or the game itself, nothing related to WW.
