That's a shame, some of the best ones are "RPG-maker-esque".

 

How about sidescrolling jump & runs with pixel porn?

Then "Parasite in City", "Erotic Eater", "Xenotake", "Succubus Fist" and "Kurovadis" are all pretty great.

I think from these you will  find the best balance between fun gameplay and good pixel porn in Parasite in City and Succubus Fist.

mainly looking for 3D with any extent of customization. Not bashing on RPG-Maker-esque games but i dont enjoy the art style.
