gender wont let me set

i downloaded it and it works but it wont let me set gender so my sims cant play with themselves also it wont let them change spots when they are having sex thay just pic a random position and stay in that one and they never wan to get undressed unless its about woohoo so if someone know what i did wrong when  i put the mod in or whats in settings please help
