Need some directions or guidence on type 3 bnb.

Sorry for bugging you all over such a simple thing but I recently came back to NV after some years of being away I'd like to reinstall type 3 body and clothing/armor with bnb. Problem is for the life of me I can't remember how to do it and I can't seem to track down any of the guides, old or new. I do remember how much of a pain it was to unbork my game when I installed something like this incorrectly, so if anyone could direct me to a guide on how to do it right or, alternatively, list the instructions bellow that someone would earn many brownie points with me.
