Question about replace paintings

What is that blue space? (see attach img)

 

shoud i adjust that size if i wanna replace some img?

What is it? Any paint? Picture ? Download you this picture with sims4studio?  If yes dont change size . I never see this picture in sims 4. But if is ,just place new image over old one or cut off old and put new. That blue color can be just back or space for some second pics beside. usually they have a frame which must remain. the red space is for new pictures or
