Feet For Money

So this might be impossible since there's no framework for FO4 yet...but it's a request anyway that might be easy, at least it seems easy compared to what was done back in fallout NV and Skyrim...A footjobs for money mod, like....i'm not the best with ideas xD but maybe some quests and once you finish the quests you get a perk that will add a new option when talking to npcs to give them a footjob for money. Sounds cool, right? :3
