Night Mistress Mansion

NIGHT MISTRESS MANSION : A Mansion Management mod (Aka Quo Vagis for Skyrim!)

 

Co Authors : CPU (dance animations and scripts, pictures conversion tutorial, Humongous tears of gratitude), Glev (pictures). Ruhadre for patches.

  • Scent of sex, by CPU (que mille vierges Lui soient envoyées, qu'Il les lutine). This mod will help you to make the whores in Mansion more active.

Conflicts :

  • Captured dreams, if you put it in your load order BEFORE Night Mistress Mansion. If you put it AFTER Night mistress Mansion, it may work.

 

SSE : When the mod will be finished, I'll try to convert it to make it compatible with Skyrim Special Edition (if SSE contains also the Dawnguard and dragonborn DLCs).

In terme of scripts, aNMM is compatible in theory. The main problem is the textures.

 

How to start the mod : talk to an In keeper, and meet Axia Lilvahi, in the Night Mistress Mansion.

 

The Mod content :

 

Radiant prostitution is about inn girls. Maria Eden about slaves whores... the high class prostitution was missing... until Night Mistress Mansion !

 

Axia Lilvahi is not like pimps you can meet in Skyrim : whore herself, she takes care of her girls, and she's very ambitious...
No bestiality and slavery in that mod : it's a classy prostitution mod.

 

Mansion girls have different status, and it have consequences. Sex skills and money are based on that rank.
- Apprentices don't choose their jobs, and get 30% of the profits.
- whores will be able to negociate, and get 30% of the profit + a margin (so, player negociate the sex scene, and the price in a marge).
- dancers can propose sex, and dance.
- special are... special. Only the Night Mistress Mansion will propose special employees.
- courtesans are expensive (almost 500 gold, 50% for the girl), and can also make some interesting tasks (like spying, art, or just chat/accompany a noble for a party...).

 

30 %, that's a little... but every whores have a bed, food, and washed clothes, and can use the Mansions as their homes... so, they don't need to spend that money in the brothel, unlike Maria Eden or Radiant prostitution ones.
In every brothel, player will find a chest where she can store her gear safely.

 

At the beginning of the mod, player can make money by whoring, or by receiving it from Axia during the quest line... at a step, player will become an associate, be able to publish erotic posters, and will be able to earn a part of the daily profits of each brothels... if there are profits... that's mean you're in charge to make profits !

  • aNNM2_Dance : dancing lesson.
  • aNMM3_Vampire : find the dark side of Axia Aoada. Your first real moral choice.
  • aNMM4_begin : acquire the Red Button Mansion !
  • aNMM4_Courtesan : convince Kahedec to become a courtesan, and recruit another one.
  • aNMM4_End : Help Amélie Malibue to find Axia's past... and defeat Axia old ennemies.

  • aNMM_Rep_Courtesan : a whore delivery outside the Mansion. Ley with the client, get paid, come back home.
  • aNMM_Rep_Spy : work with the thieves guild
  • aNMM_Rep_GuardBandit : execute some bandits who are annoying the Mansion
  • aNMM_Rep_GuardEscort : Escort a Courtesan to her client

The Brothels :

 

The Night Mistress Mansion is more a company. During the mod, several establisments will be established. Brothels I planned :

  • The Red Button : a Mansion near DragonBridge and Solitude.
  • The Night Mistress : a manor based on Volkihar castle. It's near Lake Ilinata, not far from Captured dreams Mansion.
  • The Burning Thigh : a wood manor based brothel, near Riften.

 


Some of the mod's NPCs :

  • Axia Lilvahi : a woman from a far country. Exasperated by skyrim pimps (mostly slavers and brutes), she decided to build her own business!
  • Aeta and Aesta Merith : two sisters, they lives in Dawnstar. Aeta will be the local brothel keeper.
  • Carmen : a experienced redhead whore from HighRock, she have contacts with the Penitus occulatus. But she don't hesitate to use illegal means to reach her goals.
  • Amélie Malibue : a scout Axia hired some times ago... she will be the bar keeper, and her morality will temper Axia and Carmen choices.
  • Iolia : a yound dunmer, Axia's "niece".
  • Kahedec Gra Limai : a young orc noble.
  • Bula Gro Labrom : Kahedec's bodyguard
  • Haley, Badcia, Laren : three vampires girls.
  • Azor Avaj Sonderbilt : a powerful warlock, who have only one weakness : women.
  • Lalum : a yound dancer and Axia's daughter in law.
  • Asilia : skilled maid, and Iolia cousin.
  • Violet, Lily and Favani Arelas : Iolia former colleagues.

 


NPC to recruit : (in progress)

 

NPC can be recruited for two purposes : as nude models (around 150 NPCs available !) for "Skyrim Beauties" Publication, and as "employees". The list of Potential employees (vanilla and mod NPCs) is below :

In Night Mistress Mansion mod, these NPCs and followers are the key : linear quest recruits are mostly mod NPCs, but it's not enough for making the Mansions profitable. As Associate, you need to complete the staff, and more the quest advance, and more you'll need to recruit. For example, the Night Mistress Mansion can consume 10 followers as whores. It's a good way to make followers useful, profitable, and grouped in the same place.

 


Night Mistress Mansion edition :

 

Publish porn magazines! You'll be able to talk to NPCs , pay them to pose. You need 4 pictures to publish a magazine. The more kinky it is, the more money it make.

  • A board will appear each time you publish the related picture.
  • Some themed magazines will be published each time the appropriate pictures are obtained.

A tower brothel could use the interior of the mage college dorms with two levels of rooms in a circle and a common room in the center of each floor.

 

You could "theme" many of the rooms and "rent" them with your choice for the number of girls (optionally guys for our friends who swing the other way).

 

One thing I've never seen in a brothel mod before, allow you to rent rooms and whores for your followers or allow them to be active with the whores in your room with you.

the only thing i can say is YESSSSSSS, also good luck in this proyect there arent that many managing mods, i can only think in the farm and the mine in nexus (dont remmember the names sorry) also you have given some seriusly good mods to the community thanks for modding and keep the good work!

I've not tried many of the brothel mods so I don't know what all is part of them, but there is something I would like to see. The PC as a client able to pay for sessions of various themes and fetishes. Maybe spend a couple of hours encased in rubber? How about a session as a Domina? Or as a bound sextoy (the brothel could make a little extra on this one)? School theme? Cops & Robbers?

After bringing back hilgi to the mansion we follow amelie to the bedroom.

 

After arriving in the bedroom amelie show us our beds.

 

But then nothing happen. She stand still in the middle of the bedroom (She don't give the working clothes for receiving our first clients)

I've not tried many of the brothel mods so I don't know what all is part of them, but there is something I would like to see. In the Night Mistress Mansion mod, player is an associate : he'll hire and fire staff, buy buildings, invest and earn money.

I plan to let the player working in the house for an extra, and to add casting sessions...

Hum, maybe a script bug... setstage it, doesn't matter for now. It's very alpha...

Note about the book porn stories : the idea is to use things witt no authors rights, and not real pictures... In fact, I wish to use skyrim pictures, like the ones in the sexscreenshots topic.

Paintnet which is free can convert .JPG to .dds just drop the JPG onto the screen select save as and change it to .dds.

 

I also use easy2convert JPG to DDS if I have something in paintnet and with the easy2convert JPG to DDS all you have to do is drag the picture onto easy2convert's screen and drop it and hit convert. This one is also free.

Hello, Delzaron. I adore you quest mods and I am glad to see another WIP. About a list of NPC if I may... My suggestion may be slightly evil or not so slightly... But it's a mod about brothel :shy:

Indrod the Younger: after delivering letter to Danica you can have a small quest to persuade her that being jarl is not for her. And PC will help her to run away and bring her to place where she could "work". The "work" could be to her liking or not but in the last case, she won't have any choice... Later her mother will send guards after her (thus your problems with authorities will start)...

Saphire (Armen's wife in Whiterun not sure if her name is spelled like that) loves books and you can lure her into have some sort of adventure (sorry, I just really hate this neglecting witch)

Olfina Grey-Mane: lure her to the outsides of Whiterun with a promise of a meeting with Jon and kidnap her. (His father might be involved)

Don't remember her name, an altmer, wife of a horsemaster in Windhelm (Blood on the snow quest) who always complains about her boring life with horses. Give her a more exciting experience. (Not a good idea probably, I know. The blood on the snow is already bugged enough)

Nivenor cheats on Bolli, he finds out and sells her...

Linly: if you choose to tell Sibbi Black-Briar where she is, you can also suggest some sort of revenge or if you don't tell him, Linly has to work for you. First as a bard and later you can lure her into something else.

Sibbi Black-Briar' new bride (Yngrod the Younger, Olfina Grey-Mane, if you don't like my previous ideas or just a new NPC): she doesn't want to marry him and you help her to run away OR Svanna doesn't want her to marry him and you help her to get rid of a rival.

Some existing NPC who are wives or potential brides (I can make up some more choices if you're interested):

The story about a marries woman:

She is bored with her life, her husband is abusive or is not satysfying her in bed. You help her run away and bring to the brothel. She can't be delighted or horrified but she won't have much choice. Some SkoomaWhore integration to persuade her.

A bride is running away from her groom as I suggested before.

Some pretty beggar you meet in the streets (probably a new NPC)

Later, a husband, groom, parents will send someone to find them and your problem with authoties will start.

You'll have to kill the mercenaries they sent, bribe the authorities with money or girls' service and probably later some quest to ensure they won't send anyone else: bring the girl's remains (fake, or course) to the parents, persuade the husband or the groom that she doesn't deserve him (Armen, really?) or he has some important things to do (Jon, what about Bard college?) 

If you are interested I can think about other NPC (probably, some not quest-related to exclude probable bugs)

2. The Brothel

The one thing that keeps making me uninstall all the other Brothel mods is the Decor. Its very dull and plain regardless if its been patched 20 different times. Add some sexy paintings on the walls, bath tubs/pools, water fountains( skooma fountain would be amazing), The decorations still need to fit the atmosphere of a brothel, sex toys and furniture from Devious devices and ZAZ pack. Design some cool ones like maybe a sexy naked stone statue in the middle and water/ ale flows from her nipples. Make the building "come" alive. 

3. NPC's

this might be very hard  but sandboxing. be great to have vanilla NPC's enter the brothel and shag it up with prostitutes, bathe, drink and really enjoy the entertainment

 

Just some suggestions to keep the ideas flowing . Good Luck and can't wait to play.

Hm, for years I still wait for a kind of decent well-made brotel mod - and I already love the name of the brothel here...which however brings me to some questions (and some ideas, depending on what the mod will actually be about of course) before I get all giddy:

 

- It it planned to be somewhat "lorefriendly" and by that immersive? I ask this in regards to the other Brothel-Mod "Cum Shot Brothel", which had too many "modern" elements (esepcially the outfits of some whires for example). Or the "amusing" names usd in that mod, which always make me cringe (I just  prefer if mods in general just take lorefriendly-sounding names without trying to be overly funny/witty or referncing other works etc)

 

- Will it be just managing, running around the countryside and collecting gold? Or, considering the large part of LL-residents have female chars, will the manager be able to make some shifts well?

 

- Does one just "take over" the brothel, and be the boss? Or will it be more like one is hired by the current boss, and you gradually earn more and more trust as you progress, until you become "store manager" etc, bycompleting quests? While probably more complicated this could also allow for two seperate ways to earn that trust. A female more likely starts as a whore, becomes the "top" whore with pleasing special customers, starring in certain "events" and eventually mistress of the brothel...a male more likely starts as bouncer, takes care of protecting, bullying competition out of the business etc..

I think the city of Riften has a perfect atmosphere for having a brothel. I mean this city even have Thieves Guild, corrupted officials, Black-Briar family, the Ratway, a sleazy place called "Beggars Row", etc... But there are no "red lights" district at all.

So the red lights district of Riften could be created in a several locations. It could accessible via the Ratway sewers, the Ragged Flagon or Beggars Row. The door to the brothel cell also could be placed somewhere near the Riften canals. This place may be managed by the bunch of good-for-nothings from the Thieves Guild and was pretty run-down when the player discovers it. But after several brothel quests, when you drag this establishment out of troubles, they are forced to give the place up to more suitable manager, meaning the player.

None of the NPCs you will hire will be forced to do that.... the Mistress says "no slaves, no drug addicts". All the staff is volunteer, and well treated.

In the quest line, player will need to make moral choices... about slaves (Carmen doesn't care to hire slaves), enthrallement (the Mistress is a Vampire after all), etc...

this might be very hard  but sandboxing. be great to have vanilla NPC's enter the brothel and shag it up with prostitutes, bathe, drink and really enjoy the entertainment

Yes, lore friendly, but also cosy places... I plan 5 brothels (one for each major hold, the Night Mistress Mansion is near Dragonbridge).

The future Bruning Thights is based on Jorvask, and will be outside Whiterun.

For Riften, I plan to place it in the canal.

For Windhlem, maybe in the harbor.

For Markarth, a dwemer ruin outside the city.

 

Hm, for years I still wait for a kind of decent well-made brotel mod - and I already love the name of the brothel here...which however brings me to some questions (and some ideas, depending on what the mod will actually be about of course) before I get all giddy:

 

- It it planned to be somewhat "lorefriendly" and by that immersive? I ask this in regards to the other Brothel-Mod "Cum Shot Brothel", which had too many "modern" elements (esepcially the outfits of some whires for example). Or the "amusing" names usd in that mod, which always make me cringe (I just  prefer if mods in general just take lorefriendly-sounding names without trying to be overly funny/witty or referncing other works etc)

 

- Will it be just managing, running around the countryside and collecting gold? Or, considering the large part of LL-residents have female chars, will the manager be able to make some shifts well?

 

- Does one just "take over" the brothel, and be the boss? Or will it be more like one is hired by the current boss, and you gradually earn more and more trust as you progress, until you become "store manager" etc, bycompleting quests? While probably more complicated this could also allow for two seperate ways to earn that trust. A female more likely starts as a whore, becomes the "top" whore with pleasing special customers, starring in certain "events" and eventually mistress of the brothel...a male more likely starts as bouncer, takes care of protecting, bullying competition out of the business etc..

 

- lore friendly if possible

 

- player can collect money in each brothels,n but it will be a dialogue for the Night mistress, for centralize everything. Radiant quests will occur sometimes (bribe authorities, solve problems).

 

- For the First brothel, you begin as an employee, and become an associate. In other brothels, you need to hire a manager for each of them : the best way is promoting a current employee. One of the next brothels need to be bought from his previous owner (just a dirty barracks with enslaved girls, you'll need to invest a lot ot restore the place).

 

 

I think the city of Riften has a perfect atmosphere for having a brothel. I mean this city even have Thieves Guild, corrupted officials, Black-Briar family, the Ratway, a sleazy place called "Beggars Row", etc... But there are no "red lights" district at all.

So the red lights district of Riften could be created in a several locations. It could accessible via the Ratway sewers, the Ragged Flagon or Beggars Row. The door to the brothel cell also could be placed somewhere near the Riften canals. This place may be managed by the bunch of good-for-nothings from the Thieves Guild and was pretty run-down when the player discovers it. But after several brothel quests, when you drag this establishment out of troubles, they are forced to give the place up to more suitable manager, meaning the player.

 

One is planned.

Great to hear on your project and the road you plan on following to see it complete!

 

The hiring prostitutes feature, management and voluntarilly PC participation on the prostitution is greatly received by me!

 

I would like to ask some things and also propose a few others.

Wall of text follows:

 

 

1.Do not restrict the prostitution hiring feature only to vanilla NPCs but also on custom followers.

Why?

Firstly beacuse, most of us use npc beatification mods for several reasons one of them being the fact that we want to have a beatiful skyrim (all of skyrim).If you restrict the hiring to vanilla NPCs, the player will hire them to your brothel and all other places will look empty and boring.

Secondly beacause all of us have our favorite custom followers that we like to have in our game but in the end, appart from being useful for screenshooting and/or sexual activities, they lose their functionality since most of them actually do no more than vanilla followers/hirelings do.So, having them hired in the brothel it would be great to have them all in one place sexually sandboxing and offering sex to player and vanilla customers.

 

2.Do not spend any time on making your own brothel npcs, use generic ones.

Why?

Because however hard you try you will not meet everybody's tastes.People will lose interest in your mod because it will not meet their standards and eventually you will lose interest too because of the mod not being interesting enough to the audience.I have seen this happening again and again far too many times since 2011 and it is really sad.

On the other hand i suggest to follow the road this mod does

In this mod there is an option where the player can replace the establishment's npcs with other vanilla and most importantly, custom ones.

 

3.There are two schools of thought concearning establishements in Skyrim, the loremongers and the ones that do not care.I suggest following the latter or a middle path

Because most similar mods of the past have failed.They lacked features and were rather boring,repetitive and uninteresting.Also, some people like specific places that follow specific architecture like Whiterun,Solitude,Riften etc and others like spending time in several.In my case i hate the Rift's architecture and i spend little time there (maybe it's the eroded wood textures,don't know).What i want to say is that if you follow a dedicated path of bulding the brothel you will lose interest by many people.

So instead i suggest to follow the path the mod i linked above follows were the author made a nice place with pools, baths, fountains etc.

Also, probably you will find difficulties combining the dancing feature with lorefriendlyness since most dances available are J and K-POP ones from conversions of mmd videos (which by the way i like very much)

 

4.It would be really great if you will be able to have the player and/or visiting vanilla npcs to interact with the prostitutes in several ways, e.g. Ask a prostitute or have the prostitute approach the client to give a private show like having a bath in a small pool and masurbate for the client, dance for him/her on a table etc, what i mean is that sometimes sexual intercourse only gets repetitive and boring.

 

5.Have a bar and or cages in the establishement and place dancers on the bar and/or in the cages to dance.like it happens in real life nightclubs or stripclubs (if it could be sandboxed and have rotation of the prostitutes doing it it would be best)

 

6.The private beds for hired sex in the pics that you posted is a nice touch (despite being riften architecture though)

 

7.This abandoned mod would really fit to the brothel as an establishement if it could be worked more (it's rather buggy)

9.Lastly, i would like to point out a matter of significance in my point of view.

Fetshes are of wide spectrum and some are more commonly received than others like e.g. footfetish etc as opposed to more disturbing ones (for some) like bestiality, futa etc.

Some goes for sexual preferences like homosexuality and heterosexuality.

In no way do i intend to crtiticise any of these but the truth is that a lot of people may be offended by such content and decide to pass on the mod.

So, i would suggest that an option in a MCM menu would be appropriate so that the player could decide what content should be displayed.

Making followers usefull is the point of the mod ! In TID, i tested the system : you can sell a follower to slave, and your earn each day % of money the follower make.

 

The Mansion NPCs are planned to be less than 20.

The Night Mistress Mansion begins with only the Mistress, Amelie, and you'll hire two whores before becoming associate. The brothel can contains 8 whores, 2 dancers, and 2 courtesans... and maybe a girl who will make strange things.

 

I plan to use also Appachii hair or Kairdos one... and If nice people can help me to design nice aces for the mod NPCs, that would be great !

Since I know how to design actor events, they are planned :

- npc to npc whore/client interaction (basic : hello, go to bed)

- npc to npc dancer/client interaction (more complex : hello ? Dance for me... and maybe can I have an extra?)

- NPC to NPC courtesan/interaction (courtesan are the more complex : so, bath, chat, dance...)

- player/staff interaction (service me, casting...)
 

 

5.Have a bar and or cages in the establishement and place dancers on the bar and/or in the cages to dance.like it happens in real life nightclubs or stripclubs (if it could be sandboxed and have rotation of the prostitutes doing it it would be best)

The brothel themes :

 

- Night Mistress Mansion : the finest and bigest.. based on solitude manor, or Volukar castle (it's owned by a vampire, after all, so it should be dark).

- the girl and the barb : based on Riften (so, the current Night Mistress Mansion Manor)

- the Burning Thights : based on Jorvarsk (I can't copy the bath house, I need to redesign Jorvarsk).

- Vivec songs : based on a Windhelm building, or a nordic ruin.

- (no mane for now) : based on a dwemer ruin, near Markarth.

 

Each house is different : some will have bath, other not. They cant have the same NPC content, and dont provides the same amount of money.
