NPCs and PC issues Help

Hi !
 
I just started a new game and I have a problem with a couple of mods, I'm not sure if this is due to my load order or what ..
And I did not install any mod since started the new game
 
Also the problem is very specific with the NPCs for example
 
- when a scene in which you can negotiate with chavez and his group offering your body to them is supposed to first use chavez and then the rest of his group, But only the part of "chavez" works and the rest of them ignores you
 
- SexoutWorkingGirl for some reason when you offer to work as a prostitute they give you the suit and everything but the NPC will stand and sit back, or walk towards you but only comment on something and they do not speak to you or not at all and they will just ignore you, so you can't "work" And is in 100% of approaching chance

 
This problem is not only Tryout because in the SexoutConsequence happens the same when you have a group of NPCs who are supposed to have sex with my character one after another, Only the first one uses you and then the chain breaks
 
 
To be clear I use Mod Organizer and LOOT NOT the one that comes in the program, I'm using the latest version of the official loot page

I also have NVSE and the 4GB patch, I was told to run the game with FalloutNV.exe because NVSE is also running when using FalloutNV.exe if it is patched
