sexlabs solutions causes crash at beginning of game

I'm new to SKYRIM and modding.  

 

I've loaded all necessary for Sexlab solutions, but when I load Sexlab solutions, the game crashes on startup.

 

Any ideas on what I need to do to fix?

Nevermind! I figured it out - clicked on plugins and figured out was missing on of the required mods - working now
