Help greatly appreciated (FCOM installation procedure full)

Okay I know I sound like a pest, I don't there's reason to post load order since what I'm about to say may sound a little silly..

I genuinely haven't got the slightest clue about installing FCOM and all the mods with it, I don't get what the descriptions are telling me to do, then I read in other places all the mods are included then I also can't even find the separate mod except for martigens creatures.

Now I know this is so petty but please go easy on me, I'm not fantastic at this and I really want FCOM and all associated mods but I seriously just don't get it, if someone could explain it clearly to me and give me a step by step on properly installing it with links I would seriously appreciate or maybe provide me enough information because I'm not absorbing any information from the mod pages except for being heavily confused, which I don't mean badly, I think I had this mod installed before I uninstall oblivion but it was pretty messy (due to me).

So any help is once again, greatly appreciated I'm so sorry!

I'm a firm believer in tough love, so please don't take offense:

You probably should not install FCOM.  Why, well, it is a VERY complicated mod.  If you have trouble googling a guide, of which there are many, then likely you are probably going to blow one of the 75 steps to installing it (kidding but only slightly).  Simple google search for FCOM oblivion installation guide:  http://wiki.theassimilationlab.com/tescosi/FCOM_Installation_Guide

Start with simpler mods and work your way up to installing 3 major overhauls that will naturally conflict with one another, plus other mods with will conflict with the big three.

Heck, try just one overhaul mod and see if you can get it working.  That right there is a good start.  Then work your way up.

Or........jump in the deep end and see if you can swim.  We'll try to help either way.

Cheers,

Greg

My I know this is a late reply, and I apologize as I'm not always around and had some stuff going on.

But I must admit though I want this mod working I have been recently completely scared out of it.

My Oblivion became so unstable for a small period and then I got some serious stutters that were to the point of making the game unplayable which from what I can tell was apparently due to the footstep sounds (awkwardly enough this never used to be an issue for me).

I'll admit, I think I'll accept the tough love and probably avoid FCOM just for now which does sadden me, but I suppose its for the better as I suppose installing other overhauls would make it far easier just by learning, and as I said I just don't have a clue what I'm mostly being told to do for FCOM, I'm going to keep the links in mind but I'll probably steer clear for a little while since I only just got it going decently again!

But I seriously appreciate you guys at least coming here to tell me about it!

I might jump in deep soon however!  :P

If you want an easier multi-overhaul setup, might I suggest OOO+MMM+MOO+TIE. MOO and TIE have compatibility built in for a so much. Biggest thing is to research. I've used MOO in the past, and the ini's are pretty east to understand and even add to if needed. Maskar is good with his mods that way. MOO also has a crafting system built in (can't say how it works, as that was added after I stopped using it)
