I've got Master Vampires running around everywhere, help!

I've got demonica installed, I love the body's but there's vampire masters everywhere, I'm not fluent in the langauge so i'm not sure if there's something i can do to keep the body / clothes, but not have the map swamped with master vampires.

it's litterally only with that mod on though, and i don't seem to be able to prevent it?

I am guessing when Demonica replaced vampire with its own Eva race it screwed with the vampire leveled list poorly.  You do get vampires everywhere with Dawnguard in vanilla.  

 

You likely won't get any fix, that mod is infamous for reasons.

This won't stop the vampire attacks, but if you use NPCs Protected Redux, the only named people who will die in the attacks are the ones that are scripted to die at some point anyway.  The rest are protected so that only you can kill them.  Random guards and other anonymous people will still die.

I tried When Vampires Attack as well but sometimes the vampires killed people before they could run away.

 

There's another mod that I'm trying now that stops random vampire attacks.
