They ported that outfit from oblivion it's called ZKEC sexy one-piece by ziitch. You can use outfit studio and port them you just have to export each piece in the nif out in .OBJ format using nifskope then load them into outfit studio and scale and adjust them and the body to fit. http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/46365/?

Hard to say I never looked at them and it looks like they have hidden them all. So they must of got in trouble or something. The sweater one looks like it's the simple knit outfit from oblivion author nailflan the rest are too small to see anything as the main pictures are hidden by the author.
