(WW)skinny dip in hot tubs

I have exhibitionism disabled in my setting for Wicked Whims, my sims can click on Skinny Dip in the pool, but not in the hot tub. Keeps saying exhibitionism level is to low, but since I disabled that feature it won't let my sims skinny dip at all.
