Then you are out of luck because the files are directly hosted there and if you don't have access and if noone wants to reupload the mod elsewhere then you simply can't get the mod.

I am bit fed up about people who clearly don't own the game legally are asking for some mods here. I am not judging you for getting the game but if you want to get extra content you should ask the people from where you got the game. This is an adult gaming community, not a warez board.

No, it's not. There are only various submods there.
