Just wondering if anyone has been following this game? The game already has full on nudity, and will have official mod support so wondering if anyone has plans for some *ahem* naughty mods.

the opportunity is great as the thrall system could be used in conjunction with whatever sexual mods that could be created, however no way are you getting this sort of thing on the workshop and it would be difficult to get a multiplayer of said mods working as you would need a dedicated server with it installed and this isn't even possible if the ability to use none workshop mods is blocked.

I just realized that Early Access is probably going to kill the modding community before it gets anywhere.  Frequent updates are going to break mods all the time, arn't they?

That depends on how you organize your work and how clear the changes are.

If the changes make mysterious and difficult to understand to interfaces mods use, those mods will tend to die.

But if things are organized well, and people understand how to cope, it should be decent and maybe even the extra attention needed will help things along.

the game is like skyrim with more violence and multiplayer add on. It is also not very expensive. I hope modders do awesome mods for Conan exiles. First time in the forum i write a message. Sorry for my bad english. I have been following this forums for years. After Skyrim none of new games made me excited. Except this game. Game mechanics looks very similiar.

Currently playing in single player mode but I'm finding it to be a little too grindy. Haven't messed with the multipliers yet as I'm not sure which way I should be adjusting them to compliment my play-style.

Not possible to use UE 4.12.5 to open the sandbox project although if you use Umodel you can view/export the models from the game using the following settings:

Some models in the directory are only there for reference I think just like in Ark, so if you find a nude body it probably isn't used in the game (no skin weights/broken UVs or textures.) The bodies seem to have a structure like in Oblivion upperbody/lowerbody/feet/hands. No direct texture editing is possible yet, unless you use texmod maybe.

If one is concerned over modding is there any way to make it work with the Nexus mod manager tool? Just have it accept .rars to then output into the various folders necessary. As people have said to just dump it into a private server, or a singleplayer one, that you can just hide away in there instead.

There's lots to work with here that there's bandits everywhere. The camps are within eye view of one another, or so I see it in my area of settlement. If someone could work in a Skryim Defeat or Submit type mod then that be an interesting way to go about it. If they want to further then turning the player into a Thrall type bit.

I can't mod so I guess things may indeed not go far, or it might surprise us all. Someone needs to set up a foundation though. CBBE models, UNP, & such.......

After you have access to craft sword and shield and hide armor, starting area enemies are not a treat to you. But funcom patching the game twice time in a day. So i guess its too early to expect mods yet. But as i said in my first message this game has great potential.
