Animating the LBreast_skin and RBreast_skin bones for Breast animations

I have spent many hours learning how to animate the Fallout 4 Avatar.

I had to relearn knowledge I used ages ago to make the physics mod for Skyrim.

 

I finally figured out how to import and also make my own animations for the fallout. However I wanted to animate the LBreast_skin and RBreast_skin bones for Breast animations.

 

Is it possible to animate the LBreast_skin and RBreast_skin bones?
 
It seems that if I put LBreast_skin and RBreast_skin into the create skeleton file(for Havok Export) and animate those bones in 3ds max like I normally do, those bones don't animate in game. Everything else moves fine but the Breasts do not.
Is there a way to animate those bones properly?

All the bones with "_skin" at the end are for morphing and are not part of the skeleton.hkx.

So theoretically all you would need to do is create a skeleton.hkx that has them in and then they will animate.

Can probably point you in the right direction, dex has even made a hkx tool that will probably be useful for this.
