This is not really about adult stuff (at least not about Sex) but there are some pssibillities to improove vampires in Sims 4.
Yes, I agree they are the best vampires we ever had in a Sims game, but they still arent perfect.
That is mostly because EA has to stick to the rateing.
Mods, however, dont have that restriction.

Therefore, I am going to list some Ideas that I want to see done at some point for Sims 4s Vampires.

-Rename Plasma to Blood. (That probably is difficult to do and requires a lot of translateing)
-Make Plasma/Blood be red instead of purple.
-Give Vamp-Kids and Vamp-Tots genetic fangs (vampires only) and give them bad moodlets in the Sun.
-Maybe allow Vamp-Kids and Vamp-Tots to hiss every now and then, and let them consume Plasma/Blood as well. (Covered. But not for Toddlers, though. Link down below.)
-Add another Interaction that lets a Vampire kill a Sim by sucking all the Blood out of him.(covered.)
-Allow members of the Medical career to ask Sims for Blood/Plasma donations and therefore create medical Plasma/Blood Packs, Sell them illegally for extra money and let Vampires in the Medical Career steal medical Plasma. (GTW would be required, of course)
-A Sarcophagus as a custom Coffin for REALLY old Vampires.
-An Animation for Vampires to drink from Sims while they are asleep. No more need to wake them up to drink from them and letting them pass out on the ground. (I still have to figure out if there is a drinking animation of sitting sims, like both Vampire and Prey sit on the couch and the vampire drinks while both still sit. If that doesnt exist, I would like to see that too)
-Remove the visual effects from certain Powers, like the red cloud from the "Alluring Visage" power. (Suggested by @JesusKreist)
-Replace the animation for drinking from a willing sim to a bite to the Neck instead of the Arm. (Suggested by @Shirokamineko)

If more Ideas show up, ill add them here.
If any of those Ideas have been done, ill move them on the List below.
If you want to add some Ideas yourself, feel free to do so. Same if you made a Mod or know about one not listed below.

Be aware that some of those mods may be unsupported by the creators and therefore could damage your game. Use on your own risk.

Vampire Mods I know of so far:

-A mod that removes the timer after being bit, so a sim can be bit and drank from multiple times in one night.
There are also some more files that are described as "Optional" that do additional tweaks.
Includeing one (a bit buggy, as I understand from the comments) that makes the Target of "Drain life Spirit" die of hunger.
The creator plans on collecting all vampire mods there, adding more optional files and make it a "Vampire Mega Mod".

-A Mod that does the Same as the main Mod above, and is compatible with the newest version of it.
However, this mod does that in a diffrent Way and affects Turning as well.

-A Mod that Restricts Forgotten Hollow for Vampires. Non-Vampires enter the town only if invited or if its the Player.

A vampire mod you apparently did not find yet:

perlhbsims More Fulfilling Plasma Pack

It raises the thirst of whichever plasma pack is consumed from 28-40 (depending on the type) to 60 and make them a viable option and not only an emergency sip.

 

What I did not yet find (if it exists, otherwise this is a request) is a mod which reduces the visible effect from the vampiric ability "Alluring Visage". I'm talking about the giant red cloud seeping out of the vampire which has that ability active.

I am hoping for more animations, like a romantic feeding from behind. The vampire first kissing the neck of his/her beloved from behind, before sinking in the fangs. Even a more adult version where the chest, particularly on females, is bitten and drank from, would be nice.

There is one vampire/sex animation....it's attached to the bed and at this moment I can't remember who did it.  I know I'd like to see more WW mods, in particular one to allow Vampires to compel other Sims to have sex :D  I think that would fulfill several different wishes I've seen around here.

Hello,

perhaps it's not really an adult mod but I would love a vampire mod that allows vampires feeding from other vampires. Especially for a vampire couple it's very romantic and sexy. Then I would also love a mod that allows vampires feeding humans with their vampire blood - especially for a vampire/human couple so the vampire can protect his "favorite human" because vampire blood makes the human stronger - also very romantic. Me and my Vampire Sims will look forward to this. ♥️ I also need it for machinima.

I want more vampire animations for both vampire genders. There are already some vampire animation but I've only found one animation for a female vampire and her partner. The other animations are for male vampires and their human girlfriend. I don't really like them because they are too macho and not romantic. I want more animations for a vampire-vampire couples and female vampire/human. Gay and lesbian vampire animations would be fine, too.

I have the next request. My sims always deny when a vampire asked them to give plasma although they are in love with the vampire. I'm sure if you're really into someone or in love with this person you would even give your blood as a sign for love and because you trust him/her.  In some vampire movies/series the humans like it. The denying is weird in this case. Is there a mod that enables sims to offering their plasma? Or a vampire fan/attraction trait. Sims with this trait would never say "no".

I wuld like a mod that allowed Vimpire to seduce to gett there blood/Plasma and also a trait fore mortal sims that tells if they like to give there blood/Plasma ore nott. i shuld also like if some one culd make a mod that make it posseble to hawe mortal servents fore Vampires.
