Hi guys 

 

To my knowledge there are no longer any animators working on The Sims 3 if I am incorrect with this please let me know.  There are still a lot of people playing it and also supporting Oniki Kay's Kinky World which is still growing and in all honesty does need some new animations for the new features being added. Animations needed for Modelling Career for example. 

 

I for one would be very happy to support an animator on patreon and I am sure I am not the only one.

 

So please can we talk anyone back into Sims 3 as it is far from dead and in my opinion a far better option to Sims 4.

i`m trying to learn too, but I doubt there will come any decent animations out of it. I tried making a teen/adult animation, by scaling down the af rig before animating. But they are hopelessly misaligned ingame (followed the AW-guide). Any tips to what I am doing wrong(or is it a step I am missing?)

I'm not sure, but to get scaled rig to line up in game (imho) u'd need to scale the sim from adult too. but this is only a uneducated guess.

I think (imho again) by usin teen rig u'd get them inline, but if the animation is played by adults, I presume, again you'll get misaligned sims...

 

I'm battling with IK constrain, to ease up making my animations.

Got so far 7, 240 frame animations waiting to be completed and turned into game. I miss readed the guide once and made unfunctional xml and had to download rigs again as I saved the animation over the base rig...

 

gonna try again next week, hopefully, if day work doesn't take too much time...

Maybe I will be interested in make animations again for Sims 3...  But I need to thinking more about this. If people demand and they are interested maybe I will do it. So... what new features for KW needs new animations?

 

wow that could be awesome, so far for what i get the next incoming public builds will come with "sleep sexy and sleep rape, also could be more interesting we have more "teasing" animations, i feel like we need some more "foreplay specially romantic they are the few ones in any case here all the patreon build changelogs, maybe this can help you see what good new thing you can work in future.

Build 339

+Modified: Reworked the animation system (again). The new system uses one social animation state machine for all participants of a woohoo sequence instead of one state machine per participant. This means the animations synchronization should be perfect. It was really tricky (I already tried 2 years ago without success) to support dynamic Sims swaping, animation change and joining. Exception errors caused by StopAllAnimations should not occur anymore after a woohoo sequence or after using UnlockSim (but may still occur after ResetSim). I hope this won't introduce too many new bugs.

Because of those modifications, all running woohoo interactions when the game was saved may cause an exception when upgrading to this version.

+Fixed: Underwear key not set by OutfitTools when required preventing underwear objects to be created when required.

+Fixed: Unhandled exception when removing whore map tag preventing whore situation to exit normally.

+Fixed: Exception error when a call girl mission call is missed because the caller was not instantiated yet.

+Fixed: Uniforms are non longer cleaned (instead of just being uncached) upon exiting CAS.

+Fixed: Motives trait specificity (Rapist, Voyeur, Masochist…). Motives are now created only when required.

+Fixed: Added a missing cooldown to Tickle interaction.

+Added: Animal penis are automatically removed if "Penis Display" setting is "Never".

+Fixed: WooHooSequence can't progress during call girl situation because of customer having a HigherPriorityNext interaction.

+Fixed: WooHooProxy error on some object because of a wrong target setup.

+Modified: Reworked the woohoo state machine (aka: jazzgraph) and increased the animations priority. This should improve animations smoothness on slow machines.

+Added: New modeling pose on couch/sofa/bench.

+Added: Pole Dance (only Practice interaction is available at this time). There is only one really ugly (and short) practice animation and no skill progress at this time. The interaction is just meant to test the object and the state machine. The object can be found in Entertainment/Sporting Goods or Outdoor/Outdoor Activities.

+Added: Bed sleep woohoo. Sims may start to woohoo while sleeping in same bed if both Sims are horny (usual acceptance tests are performed). A similar system will be added in future release to allow rapists to have fun with sleeping Sims.

+Fixed: Bug preventing taken exhibition selfies to be counted by the exhibition skill and preventink skill progression.

+Fixed: Pregnancy stuck when importing a pregnant Sim from Bin.

+Added: Photo shoot situations are available when reaching modeling career level 3 (triggered randomly).

+Added: 2 solo animations for female Sims (dining table and coffee table). Male versions will be added in the next build.

+Added: Male version of woohoo selfie on dining table.

+Added: Whores and callgirls can now join (automatic for non selectable Sims if they don't already have an occupation) the professional whore career. This career doesn't have any other purpose than preventing the system to automatically assign those Sims to a role.

  • Modified: Morality is replaced by Corruption (Hidden skill and Motive). Existing interactions will be progressively modified (corruption requirement is currently disabled). Several interactions already add corruption skill points. You should start to improve the skill if you plan to use it because some interactions will require high corruption level (Rape for example).
  • Added: Cuckold moodlet when cukcold Sim witnesses his/her partner woohooing with another Sim.
  • Added: Modeling Career Level 2 and a new opportunity.
  • Added: New Selfie WooHoo on dining table.
  • Added: New book: "Family Ties".
  • Added: Manually Register/Unregister Rapits. If no Sim is registered, Sims from the Burglar Service are used. Sims with incompatible trait(s) can't be registered.
  • Added: Player can set whore tarifs if Sim is selectable.

  • Added: Sims can earn money by giving online shows after joining the Modeling career.

  • Added: New Kinky Books available at the book store: Let'em look (Exhibition), Office Mating (WooHoo) and Mounted (ZooLover).
  • Added: Kinky Model career (1st Level only). The career can be joined by completing an opportunity (you just have to accept). Often check for forum responses on computer.
  • Added: New type of selfies. Sims can now take selfies while woohooing (special animations are required, only one is available at this time).
  • Added: New callgirl service options.
  • Added: Birth Control Pills (wip).

  • Fixed: Items' name not appearing in the Online Shop.

  • Fixed: Bug in cheating tests preventing single Sims to accept WooHooParty.

  • Added: Settings import/export. All settings are reseted when upgrading and KW must be re-enabled. Scripts errors may occur while KW is disabled because of running interactions.

  • Fixed: Bug in creampie score calculation adding a really huge amount of sperm in females' womb.
  • Fixed: Teens are now correclty added to Prom Situation even if they are already on the lot.
  • Fided: AskToProm interaction to work with KWPromSituation.
  • Added: Jealousy Level (WIP). Settings available: None, Low, Medium, High (affect the relationship lose). Currently, jealousy level only applies to KW woohoo interaction.
  • Added: Ashamed reaction when woohooing (depends on Privacy Situation setting).
  • Added: SpermLifeTime (The value shown in settings menu is the raw duration. The final value is modified according to the age scale of each ages) and SpermFertilization settings.

Note: Somes settings may be lost when upgrading to build 330 because of modifications introduced in the settings system to allow import/export (not available yet).

  • Fixed: ChangeClothes interaction don't throw exception anymore when KW is not enabled.
  • Fixed: Callgirls no longer spin when switching to uniform to prevent unhandled exception.
  • Fixed: KW Uniforms are now exported and imported when required (Sims don't lose their uniform when traveling).

  • Added: WooHoo Parties. Use your phone to throw a woohoo party. If you don't want a Sim of your household to be involved in such a debauchery make sure he/she is not at home when the party will begin.
  • Added: Nudist lots. All non underage Sims strip naked when arriving on lot (not available on registered school lots).
  • Added: New exhibition moodlets.
  • Added: New drug (simoïne) available online.
  • Added: Debug interaction "Remove All Underwear" (worn and in inventory) from the targeted Sim.
  • Added: Debug interaction "Set CASP Properties" & "Get CASP Properties". Allows to set KW properties for the lower and upper parts of the targeted Sim's current outfit.
  • IsNaked: True or False. If True, this part will be kept when woohooing if WooHoo Clothes settings is set to "Animations". It is ignored in other cases (FullyNaked, NakedOutfit, NoChange).
  • Revealing: A value from 0 to 5. (0: Not revealing - Default, 1: Cute, 2: Sexy, 3: Provocative - Someone might see what's under, 4: Slutty, 5: Almost naked).

  • Fixed: Unhandled exception in KWGoToSchoolInRabbitHole interaction when a teen's first attempt fail.
  • Fixed: HighSchool Clubs auto management. Students are now correctly spread between available clubs.

  • Fixed: Unhandled expcetion occuring when a Sim had a drink without DrinkData (Quick Drink).
  • Added: New Drinks available (Ask your favorite bartender).
  • Added: Pour Beer interaction (replace Pour Juice) on Juice Keg.

  • Fixed: Small fixes I can't remember.
  • Added: Whip support (requires Whip Accessory by Severinka and compatible animations).
  • Added: Chemical component. You can "Make Drinks" using Bar (only "Have Drink" on professional bar) with alcohol, put drug pills (only viagra is available at this time) into them and call you guests to get a drink. Alcohol lowers inhibitions, makes everybody look more attractive and Sims may feel nauseous. More effects will be added later (hangover and addiction moodlets).

 

325 (Public release)

  • Added: New SimData Export/Import system. This system should be fully compatible with NRaas Traveller.
  • Added: Whip support (requires Whip Accessory by Severinka and compatible animations).

  • Fixed: Dad is now always correclty added to new borns' genealogy.
  • Fixed: Pee Outside always timeout before undressing because of a bug introduced in build 319.
  • Fixed: OutfitManager cache is now cleared if Sim's age or gender has changed.
  • Fixed: Sim's position is correctly restored after masturbation while sleeping in upper bunk bed.

I'm not really happy with the lack of support in the TS4 section, so, since new animations are much needed in TS3, I could do some. I just need to know which files I need to use in Blender & how I can save the Blender file into files for OWK :)

Quality over quantity though. Working on my second animation now, and after that one I will make a third, and then I think I have enough to share the first package with you guys, so all your kinky sims have some new naughty stuff to enjoy themselves with.

And omg, animating really is a job. It takes so much time to get it right...

It is ofcourse far from ready, as I mostly only animated the lower part of the body's. But there is something wrong with the timing, in my opinion. Yesterday I tried to fix it, but I put it away after two hours, because I couldn't see it clearly anymore after staring so much at it to find which bone was the problem. 

I opened the animation today again and immediatly saw what must be done. That's why you sometimes have to put your work away and think about it while you sleep. LOL. 

Anyway, it still needs a lot of work, I want to make it more fluent by animating the rest of the body too, and then ofcourse add expressions etc. Let's dive into the secrets of blender :)

I added some things to the post that I forgot to mention. I'll  post the edited post here too, so people hopefully don't miss it. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I'm sharing a XML file for Kinky world and explain it  in the spoiler as much as I can (I don't know everything, but I do know the basics since I finetune the XML files of animators to my own liking =)

 

 

 

 

First: the title. To know what you must do with that, follow the tutorial of TheMaster, he got that covered. It should always end with KW_yourname_animations though (S3_0333406C_00000000_(NEEDS YOUR HASH HERE)_KW_yourname_animations%%+_XML), only the hash depends on the name you choose.

This is the key of your animation, needed for the STBL files  - always starts with the name of the package files where you have the clip files stored -  See TheMaster tutorial for that, he got that covered
<Category>Vaginal</Category>
The category in which your animation belongs. Categoriess are Teasing, Handjob, Oraljob, Vaginal and Anal.
"None" is also an category, used for after woohoo idles (followed by a line of <Hidden>true</Hidden>, since they can't be displayed in the kinky menu as there is no category for it)
<Objects>BedSingle,BedDouble</Objects>
The objects on which the animation can be used. Oniki has a list on her Wiki if I remember that correctly. Frequently used are: Bedsingle, BedDouble, Couch, ChairLiving, ChairDining, Bathtub, Shower, Floor etc etc.
As you can see, you can enable an animation for more then one object. They are always separeted by one comma (,) and no spaces.
<LoopMax>10</LoopMax>
The max of the loops the animation plays in game. If your animation doesn't have much keyframes, there should be more loops. 
<Skill>0</Skill>
Never seen this one filled in actually. Don't know what it does. Leave it like this, lol. 
<MinSims>2</MinSims>
The minimal amount of sims for this animation to be played. So if you make an animation with two sims fucking, never fill in 1 or 3. 1 will just look weird, woohooing the air, and if you'd fill in 3, two sims can't perform this stage. It is kinda obvious ofcourse, but better safe than sorry. 
<NextStage>KW_MaryJane_NonExisting_Animations.a_nonexistinganim2</NextStage>
This one is optional. If you have a nice nextstage for your anim, fill in the KEY of that anim here. I filled in a key that isn't in my made up XML file, only to show what to do, but if you do this for real it will only give errors, since the stage would not exist. So only fill this in if your animation has a next stage, or else delete the line (assuming that you'll copy paste). 
 
 
IF your animation is a rape animation, it should be followed by the next lines:
<Flags>Rough</Flags>
<Victim>1</Victim>
This means that it is a rough animation, and the actor that has woohoo actor ID 1, is the victim in the animation. If the animation has a male victim, being raped by a woman, it should be <Victim>0</Victim> assuming that your male actor is actor 0. I really recommend to do it that way, 0 being the man and 1 being the woman for ALL your animations, so you won't get confused later. It's easier then do it different for each animation. 
You can also specify BDSM animations with it:

Is it suitable for both rape and BDSM? Then do this:

The ID of the actor. The first actor = 0, the second =1, and if you have a third, that one will be 2. 
<Animation>a_nonexistinganim1A</Animation>
The name of the clip file in my KW_MaryJane_NonExisting_Animations.package. An animation name always starts with 'a'. See the masters tutorial. 
<NakedFlags>FullBody</NakedFlags>
Fill in FullBody OR UpperBody OR LowerBody OR None.
<Species>Human</Species>
If you're making animal animations, you need to fill in Dog or Horse. 
<Genders>Male</Genders>

This specifies if a female sim must wear a strapon when performing this animation. Recommended to add this line for all animations that have a male penetrating a female involved. 
<Action>
This specifies the actions in which the sim is involved.
<Category>Vaginal</Category>
If it's anal or vaginal, both actors should have that filled in. That doesn't count for Oral -and handjob. The one receiving an oraljob or handjob, should have 'None' filled in, UNLESS it's a mutual masturbation or 69 animation. A lot of animators make mistake with this part, that is why I edit XML files so much. 
<Partner>1</Partner>
This specifies on who this actor is performing the action on ( <WooHooActor Id="1"> ) . You can have more than one action for one actor (that's most of the times the case in threesome animations), look at XML files of animators for an example. 
<Arousal>-60</Arousal>
This is the short term arousal of the sim and what the animation does with it. Anal and Vaginal should always decrease the arousal (-60 to -100). Masturbation too (I like those on -20, but that is personal), otherwise it would be so harsh for your sim.
Teasing should always increase the arousal. Oraljob and handjob are free for your interpretation (but correct me if I'm wrong). I like it when my sims get aroused and not fullfilled by only an oraljob for example, so most of the times I edit the XML files to my own liking.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that if you want females to wear strapons when performing male animations, you should add a line in the XML

( <UseStrapon>true</UseStrapon> )

 

In the spoiler you can see where this line should be added. I made the color blue so you can find it easily. 

 

NOTE: this line is not in the example XML. Add it to your own XML file when needed. 

 

NOTE 2: When making animal animations, use the proper prefix for the animation name. For adult and teen sims that is always "a", for a dog that is "ad" and for a horse it's "ah"

 

Examples: 

Human: a_thisisanexample1A

Dog: ad_thisisanexample1A

Horse: ah_thisisanexample1A

In Masters guide it says; after "save clip" you should end up with: a_animNameA(/B) but when I save the file name looks like this:

 

S3_6B20C4F3_00000000_73907B5FD2614435_a_kneel_blowjobA_01%%+CLIP.animation

 

OK, it's in the middle -> a_animNameA <- BUT, am Idoing wrong or was the guide "miss leading" as all the hassle was left out?

 

so far I'm missing xml for my releasing and been wondering if my clips will work...

The clip files should look like this, and when you import them into your package, all the 'hassle' won't show, so you will only see the "a_kneel_blowjobA_01" part.

 

The guide of the master is wrong about this yes. I checked it, and it's indeed a bit misleading.

I'll think about it. I use a lot of sliders and stuff, not sure if my sims will look like they do in my game when I share them. 

 

 

 

Ah yes, the old game of "hunt the slider mod". I've been there. :P

 

If you do get around to inventorying your mods I'd definitely be interested in having a look!

I started my game without any mods and cc to see how she would look, and she looks NOTHING like she does in my real game, lol! The thing is, I don't know which sliders I used on her. I do know that I set the slider range higher and lower with twallan's MC.

This are all the sliders I use, so you may see my problem ;)

 

I thought about just sharing the whole slider pack I use, but I can't do that because they're not mine to share. And searching through the webz to find them all again is a pain in the ass. On top of that, you probably don't even need them all, haha.
