Please help me with this weapon mod

The mod is Yamato katana (http://www.loverslab.com/topic/3755-animated-katana-and-one-extra-pose/).And i need to  know how  i made this ghostly effect. (1:43)

The Yamato is a pose mod the author just uses it in videos as they do a lot of stuff like blade work spells and devil may cry type of attacks and spells. The spells and other stuff are from a modder named elysees not sure the names of all of the spells. Not sure which one of their spells did it.
