Adding nif files from Obvlivion?

Is it safe to do so, and do you know any cool monster assets that are not part of the Immersive Creatures and Vicn creature packs that are immersive and lore-friendly?

You can not use nifs from one game with a different game. Each nif from each game is a different version and only the right version will work with the right game. The only way you can get something from oblivion to skyrim is to port it. The only games that you can interchange nifs with is fallout 3 and fallout New Vegas.
