Hello! So, I've not exactly created a mod (although I would love to know how to make it a real mod). I've built lots for every lot in Newcrest, with base game only content. My "mod", is the save file for a new game with Newcrest filled with lots/households. What I need tested is the ability to open the save game and ensure it runs properly, with all the lots/families.

What I need testers to do:

Click here and download the zip folder.

Install Instructions:

Unzip the folder. (You can make a new folder on your desktop to put the zip file in to make it easy to find!)

Place the three files (two save files, one ver0 file) into your Sims 4 saves folder.

--Generally found at: Local Disk (C:)>Users>(current user)>My Documents>Electronic Arts>The Sims 4>saves

Hop into game and load the save file, it should say "NSB Save".

Go to Newcrest and check to see that every lot is filled and there are 4 households in Newcrest.

You should not need any CC, mods, or extra game content for this to work. Reply to me letting me know if it worked or didn't, any issues you found at any point in the process, and if the custom world description is there: "Newcrest was bought years ago by a company that only looked to the future. With top architects, most lots were leveled and completely new homes and businesses were built. The lead architect had a flair for the modern design, and as such every lot features a clean, modern atmosphere."

A question for modders: Is there any way I can make this a "real" mod? Similar to the empty worlds mod, where it wipes the maps clean by default, I would like Newcrest to be filled by default when using the mod. Currently you have to load the save file each time for a "new game", and if you save over it then it's gone. I wanted this to be a full, bustling neighborhood for people to play in if they don't want to spend the time building houses for Newcrest themselves. While the save file is better than placing each lot individually, it's still not exactly what I had in mind. Any and all help is appreciated, and while I would like to be the one who uploads the final mod, I will include any and all modders who help me figure this out. Thanks so much!

A final note: This is solely my own work and I don't give anyone permission to re-upload it at this time. Sorry.
