New at modding need some help

I am having issuse with a few of my mods and i'm not sure on how to fix it, The nps and my own character will turn pixilated and multi colored after using different mods or even randomly with animations. I am not sure if I need to remove or add a certian mod to fix it as I am pretty new to modding. Any help would be great as I am new to mods and would like to not make it any worse, the pics below are my mods list and a pic I found closest to what I had found to look similar to glitching accept its in random places on the characters mostly covering them instead of completely thank you for any and all help

that looks like a graphics card/driver problem, not a mod problem.

How would I fix that?

Could be any number of things,

 

such as drivers for the graphics card,

 

Sending the graphics card back to manufacturer to be re-furbished.

 

Buying a new graphics card.
