ENB GUI Text Size issue

Help I am having an issue though I believe it may be my monitor choice and not the fault of ENB series installation but my ENB Gui text is too small any ideas on how to make it bigger? I am currently using a 42 inch TV as my monitor. Skyrim 32bit is the only game I have affected by this.

I play in 4k on a 27 Display and lower the resolution to fullHD to change the settings and go back to 4k when it's done. .)

But with a 42 Inch Display,what resolution is set up in your skyrimprefs.ini?

It was at 3840x2160 DSR by way of  Nvidia GeForce Experience changed it to 1920x1080 via MO and it fixed the problem.
