Skyrim keeps crashing

Skyrim crashes, lots of them.
I'd like to get  it fixed.
They happen every so often when I load a cell, they happen outside, I tried to check out the papyrus log but it's just a huge amount of Chinese to me.
Used LOOT to put the load order right before starting my game, used TESVEdit to clean everything LOOT told me to clean, graphics on low and it still crashes.

Can anyone please help me figure out what the problem is??? Ask for anything and I'll post it here if possible, just please help me figure it out.

My hairs turned grey.

I use to get tons of crashes due to too many scripts running.   I cut back to the mods I always run with my favorite scripted mods.  I still crash occasionally.   Though it's due mostly to my ram memory at it's limit and doing the freeze crash thing.
