animations not working for anything

i have done the FNIS thing but it keeps popping up with

and i have attempted to install fnis creature pack too.

can someone explain to me what i have done wrong? 

 

the animations aren't working, they just stand there.

by the looks of it you have:

start your game from steam directly this will fix your warning signs. you only have todo this once then start game as you would normaly from desktop.

run fins again everything should be fine.
