Your description is a bit lacking. Are you missing oil and gloss on the PC body

No my character body oily skin and armor reflection work, but on NPC,objects,terrain and etc this effects missing.

 

You have probably changed the glossines and specular in the body.nif to get oil effect?

No.I don't need to change glossines because i have wet function redux plus TrueVision Enb.
