Using Wolftrans?

I honestly don't know if LL is the best place to ask this but I am banking on crowd sourcing so here goes. I was trying to use wolf trans to translate a wolf engine game. The translation utility uses a command prompt with ruby to export translations to a given location. Problem is I don't quite understand the readme nomenclature.

Which is as follows:

## Usage

Currently, Wolf Trans can be invoked with the command line:

wolftrans game_dir patch_dir out_dir

If `patch_dir` does not exist, it will be automatically generated with the text contained in the data files of the game in `game_dir`. `out_dir` will contain the patched game.

The behavior of the command line arguments will almost certainly be revised in a future version.

So I guess the question is... What Do?

Now I have used CMD prompt before but I am far from an expert.

Oh and yes I know it doesnt translate the thing for me but dumps it in a text file format.
