ImoMegane OnScreen Rain Droplets

So i try to figure out how to apply the power armor onscreen rain from fallout 4 to skyrim se..

I dont have any idea how it is made so right now im searching fo4 bs2s and shaders.. I want to apply this effect to the glasses in mod imomegane so when you wear them in rain, you get droplets..

I know there is a weatherfx lens for dx9 enb with onscreen rain but it doesnt check for if you wear glasses, it only shows lens when rain is going on. Btw the fallout 4 ones look much nicer though. Imo. XD

Edit: i found something in meshes\effects\cameraattachedfx\fxcameraattachwaterdrip.nif

Not really sure what that is..

 

Edit2: screen overly textures for droplets are located in textures5.ba2\textures\effects\rainscene

 

I know how enb triggers it but how does fallout4 do?
