Problems Importing OBJs into Nifskope

Been modeling/ modding for a bit now, and I decided to do an armor piece this time. But now I'm stuck. I've got all the modeling done that I need, but anytime I import the finished meshes into Nifskope, polygons start disappearing. Really starting to piss me off, especially since I've been using Nifskope for awhile now.

This modification I am working on slightly edits the "LUX Highheels 2" model, and is intended only for personal use. I've also just used it as a reference (seeing as the polys on the high heels are thru the roof as it is; the entire shown model is new mesh). I only wanted to remove the super long calf portion of the mesh.

Main thing is, I need help finding a solution as to why Nifskope is removing polygons when imported. Please help.

It could be that there is a flaw in them or something that the author did when making them. Only other way would be to import the .OBJ files into blender or something similar and see if the problem is there as well. If it is then it would have to fixed if they look whole you might just have to export them back out to fix them.

Alright, makes sense...

Another couple questions, is my CK crashing because the nif file doesn't have bone weights on the boots? (As soon as I change the nif file in the ArmorAddon file, it crashes.)

Am I supposed to add weights when in the Outfit Studio?

EDIT. Thank you for the help. I just finished it. Completely remodeled and re-nifskope'd everything.

EDIT2. Um, last thing, my model in game is now invisible. Any idea why?

(here's what is in game)
