Id like to request a rough(quick and dirty) cloth physics addon for this

I love the outfit as i love the show but the none animated mantle just makes me cringe

Like i said any kind of movement donnt need to be anything special

 

One question actuality i fly around alot in skyrim so my character is horizontal alot will the cloth fall through my legs or can something be done about that or is it just something thats automatic

 

I know nothing about hdt otherwise id be doing this myself :/
