Real HumanOID Slaves!!

The long awaited (OK maybe not laugh.png) humanoid version of Real Human Slaves.

For Humanoids 2, 3 and 4:

  • Slave pops get clothes based on their slave type.
  • Some male humanoids now have their arms again.
  • In some cases where vanilla clothing was extra borked, now fixed.
  • All humanoids now have proper male -and- female clothing selectors. (This is not the case in vanilla!)
  • Pops under the influence of Chemical Bliss shed their clothes.
  • Pops have randomized clothes.

For Humanoids 5:

  • Slave pops have even more clothes depending on slave type.
  • Also run around "in the buff" while under Chemical Bliss.
  • Girls get a few vanilla recolored outfits I had laying around from the Elves mod.
  • Pops have randomized clothes.
  • More colorized Vulcan hairstyles for both male and females.

NOTE: This mod is feature complete! From here on I'll only be keeping it current with new Stellaris releases. (Meaning: if I have to do another outfit for a squid head I may jump off a cliff. laugh.png)

The FAQTNR!!!
Frequently Asked Questions That Nobody Reads wink.png

  • What version does this work with?
    So far: Stellaris 2.1.*.
  • Do I need Utopia for this!?
Only if you want to see specialized slave gear. If you don't have it, then slaves default to the "laborer" clothing.
  • Can I use this with Real Human Slaves?
    You can!
  • Will this conflict with X mod?
Not unless X mod also edits the following:
    09_portraits_humanoid
    humanoid_05_female_clothes_01
    humanoid_05_male_clothes_01
  • Why not merge this with Real Human Slaves!?
Mainly because there are mods that mess with base humans already. Few mess with humanoids. I figured it was better to have two separate mods to make managing conflicts easier.
  • Well this is 1/32 of a good idea. I want to grab this and do something much better with it!
Please go ahead with my blessing! This is mostly a proof of concept.
  • I don't care about this slave stupidity, can I use the base portraits for some other mod?
    Absolutely! Go right ahead!

I like the mod, but just a heads up, I noticed that some of the outfits for the Humanoid_03 and Humanoid_04 females have the left shoulder peeking out.

Specifically:

Humanoid_03

Governor

Humanoid_04 (The left shoulder peeking out on these kind of works, actually. Looks like this species just has a thing about uncovered left shoulders. :D)

Scientist

Admiral

Governor

Ruler

Yeah that's a vanilla issue. The actual problem is, I believe Paradox set it up wrong. Those humanoids had their arms cut off from the base body. Meaning, without clothes they don't have arms in vanilla. Since I couldn't have arm-less naked aliens running about, I fixed it so they'd have arms. The negative is that now some vanilla outfits have shoulders peeking through.

It's fixable, but because these aliens aren't my primary concern I just left it as is. The fix would be altering vanilla clothing. Which is unfortunately shared between humanoids. Could also make new clothing just for Humanoids 3&4 as well. (They really didn't do a very good job on humanoids. Much more polish went into the standard humans.)

Oh right, forgot to post an update thing. Whoops.

Um, it's updated. laugh.pnglaugh.png

Are you going to update the Human slaves mod as well? Why not merge these mods with the elves mod, seeing as the Elves mod on this site already includes the NSFW stuff?

I would but this stuff isn't really in the domain of the elves. It's just a quick slavery addition for the humanoids. The reason I don't merge this in with the human slaves is so so many mods edit humans as it is. So this way it's easier to pick and choose without worrying about compatibility.

Since the new humanoids have ABSOLUTELY no females of any kind, I'm afraid no. :confounded:

I haven't seen a more ridiculous portrait update than the recent one. It's so bad it's funny. :dragon:

Really? I heard that it had both genders for all the new portraits.

Yeah, both genders that are male. :dizzy: The best case has different lips. The worst case...  is nothing but a male portrait in the female slot. It's one of the worst art jobs I've seen for Stellaris to date.

It's not all boring though, there is the new ship style and city style. Those are ok. The portrait aspect is laughable however. :dragon:

I'm guessing Silfae will be making sexual dimorphisms to the new species if they lack proper female variations in their portraits. Best goddamn portrait modder out there. So I suppose there might be possibilities for a future addon if he ever makes dimorphisms for the new portraits.

Anyway, I don't suppose there's a way I can control my slaves' apparel? I mean, maid outfits and bowties look kinda weird on someone working the mines.

Oh as for the new humanoids... they don't actually have bodies. So it would be a ton of work to get to the same level as the previous humanoids. Too much work I'm afraid. It would be easier to just start a new race from scratch. PDX really didn't finish the portraits this time!!
